What is Electronic Makeup?  How Does it Work?
It is always best to spend some extra money during a photoshoot to hire a Makeup Artist to get the
best possible image into your camera.  But what if you didnt have the budget?  What if the model
made themselves up? What if your lighting did not capture the makeup well?  What if you want to
change the Makeup?  What if you need real looking makeup?
The makeup techniques we teach follows the actual application steps and processes as real makeup.
The difference is that we use electronic colors, textures and pallets.  The process we use is called
Non-Destructive Retouching where all of the models underlying skin, textures, pores and
characterists are faithfully retained.  If you paint on an image with normal Photoshop brush
paint...then the original pixels get all covered up and blocked and you are only able to change the
application with great problem and hardship.
Non-Destructive colors are clear, transparent, Vibrant, Highly saturated and infinitely adjustable
colors.  Just because you put down one color doesnt mean you cant change your mind 5 times with
no problem or cover-ups.  Non destructive colors stay changeable even after you save then re-open
the image.  Non destructive colors can be made into any color you can imagine immediately.
We will be soon introducing new non-destructive makeup colors, techniques and systems.  These
electronic makeup colors will go on exactly like real makeup, in the same order, in the same way that
real makeup is applied, and will look just like real makeup because they are non-destructive colors.
